Frequently Asked Questions

I have an idea for a product that I don't see here. Could you try making it available?
- If you have an idea for an item I could sell based on an existing piece, email me at cadeculpepperart@gmail.com. I cannot guarantee an idea would work, especially if production would have to happen through another third party. I can definitely see what my options are, though.

What determines the cost of shipping?
- I try to reduce prices for shipping where possible. Materials, shipping labels, and the weight and size of specific items all factor into the cost. In the case of made-to-order items, I have no control over cost of shipping as that is determined by the third party producing the item.

How do I check the shipping status of my order?
- Your order confirmation, which includes a link to your order receipt, will be delivered to the email address you entered at time of checkout. Your order receipt page will automatically update with your order's shipping status when the order is shipped. A link to the shipping provider's tracking page will be provided on that receipt at that point.

Do you take commissions?
- I have taken some commissions as of late, but I currently have a backlog of projects to complete. Because of this, I am currently not taking any new commissions.
What's your favorite medium?
- I tend to answer that question with colored pencil, mainly because of the control I keep over the direction a piece is going. I do also generally like the mixed media/collage style too and the opportunity to be more bold and expressive, though! I've done something in just about every medium and can find something to appreciate in each one.
